Greenville County’s proposed river buffer
Having proposed to expand buffers around streams, rivers, and wetlands throughout the Reedy River watershed to improve water quality, Greenville County, SC asked Earth Economics to analyze the economic impacts of the proposal across eight current and planned neighborhood development sites.
