Earth Economics was honored to present at the 5th Annual Puget Sound Green Infrastructure Summit, hosted by 12,000 Rain Gardens.

Focusing on this years theme of “Growing Green Infrastructure: Impacts and Intersectionalities When Scaling up,” Project Director Jordan Wildish presented our work on Urban Heat Islands, during which he shared that Earth Economics has developed a method to model urban heat islands on the census block level across the U.S. This method works to provide the ability to estimate health risk and the impact of green infrastructure interventions.
