Figure out what’s working (take advantage of grants)
Incorporate green into treatment plan
Incentives – performance permitting, expand residential incentives
Find case studies of incentives from small cities (with EE help)
Opportunity to revise zoning to allow for flatter roots for green roof installation (industrial selection)
Explore whether treatment plant effluent is classified as recycled water – opens up more opportunities for nature-based treatment
Parks master plan – increased focus on natural areas, not just recreation (e.g. corridors)
